Working Today For A Healthier Tomorrow
Virginia Endocrinology Research conducts medical research trials for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our projects help expand the frontiers of endocrinology and diabetes medicine to help ensure that people receive safe and effective treatments, using volunteers with health conditions specific to each study.
Led by endocrinologist Dr. James LaRocque, our goal is to match our strengths as healthcare providers with the people and technology that lead to a healthier future for us all. Dr. LaRocque has over 30 years experience in Internal, Endocrinology and Metabolic Medicine. He is supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners & Clinical Research Coordinators.
Participate In A Study
Clinical trials are strictly on a volunteer basis. To volunteer, email us at (mailto:volunteer@vaendroesearch.org), or call us at 757-966-4520. All volunteers undergo a free eligibility screening. If found to be within the trial's specific guidelines, volunteers will be admitted into the study where they get free study-related medical care, exercise and nutrition counseling, and a financial stipend to help compensate for their time.
